Taxi Driver is a job that is available at Bloxburg Taxi, which was added in Version 1.6.0. In this job, players pick up and drop off NPC passengers at various locations in Bloxburg. It is also one of fourteen jobs available in Welcome to Bloxburg.

Working as a Taxi Driver can help a player gain rewards such as taxi-related items in Build Mode, Money, and Blockbux.

Overview

As a Taxi Driver at Bloxburg Taxi, players will be given access to drive a TruFleet City Taxi to pick up an NPC passenger waiting somewhere on the map and drop them off at an highlighted location.

Players can begin their shift as a Taxi Driver by interacting with taxis parked at the depot or at taxi stands around the map, as well as by teleporting to the job through the Job menu. If they own the TruFleet City Taxi, they can also start their shift directly from their own plot.

Passengers can be seen waiting outside in a variety of locations, most notably on the side of the road. Players will need to stop within the highlighted location in front of the passenger to pick them up, and then drop them off by stopping in the highlighted drop-off location. After that, the player can head toward the next passenger.

Players can earn more money from this and any other job by boosting up their mood or owning the Marvelous Mood gamepass. Players can also earn more money from a job by purchasing the Excellent Employee gamepass.

Tips

• Keep all moods above 80%. If this mark is met, then you will get the maximum amount of money for a ride.
• Stop at your mood station whenever it is in your path to your customer.
• While on duty, it is possible to get down from the TruFleet City Taxi and interact with items that increase mood (food, comfort, electronics, plumbing, etc.), provided that the player must be close to the TruFleet City Taxi upon interacting with said items (as walking farther while getting down the TruFleet City Taxi suddenly ends your shift.) This helps when the player recharges their mood in order to get a higher pay again after driving the TruFleet City Taxi.
• Players should try to follow the path of the arrow because it points to the direction of the customer.
• It's quite easy to become bored while picking and dropping passengers, so try to keep yourself entertained. If you're playing on a PC or laptop, you can split-screen and watch YouTube videos or listen to music at the same time to make the experience more enjoyable.

Trivia

• If a player strays away from their TruFleet City Taxi while on the job, their shift will automatically end.
• Players can remove the TruFleet City Taxi off their plot.
• If players go to their house and take a shower, they won't lose the job.
