Fancy Furniture is a furniture shop in the city of Bloxburg, and is run by Susan Joiner. Players can purchase all sorts of furniture here. This building is conventionally located between Pizza Planet and Beat Nightclub. Bloxburg Fresh Food and the Bloxburg City Hall are also nearby. All furniture bought here will be placed in the player's inventory for use within Build Mode.

Susan Joiner's Dialogue

Susan Joiner: "Welcome to Fancy Furniture! We have the fanciest furniture in town."

Player: "I'd like to buy some furniture!"

Susan Joiner: "Sure! Just walk up to one of the display stands to buy something! You can also buy furniture directly in Build Mode."

Player: "Wow, this is some fancy furniture!"

Susan Joiner: "I know right!"

Player: "Goodbye!"

Trivia

• The most expensive item sold here is a tie between the Modern Dining Table and the Curved Sofa.
  • The cheapest item is also a tie and is between the Simplicity Chair and the Stacked Books.
• There is nothing in the store that cannot be purchased in Build Mode, so it is unknown why the store was implemented in-game. Some players have speculated that it's just unfinished and there'll be an update involving the store that may add some exclusive items, while others have just suggested that it's just there for immersion and nothing more.
  • Nothing is confirmed for the future of this building.
• Everything sold at Fancy Furniture was in the game in 2016.
• There's another location in another game named "Lumber Tycoon 2" which has the same name. It serves the same purpose as Fancy Furniture.
• Buying furniture from the store instead of Build Mode does not offer any discount, the same applies with Mike's Motors and other places where the player can purchase Build Mode items.
