Characters are non-player characters (NPCs) in Welcome to Bloxburg. Many characters are NPCs that only exist to allow the player to work at a job. As of right now, there are 40+ notable citizens in Bloxburg that either offer the player jobs, guide them, or sell items.

Sailor Twift is a minor character who is a singer/songwriter. She was mentioned in the description of the Wall Mounted In The Mood Album, and can also be seen on its cover. She is a parody of Taylor Swift, an American singer-songwriter.
Cordelia Lumber[]
Cordelia Lumber is a minor character who is a singer/songwriter. She was mentioned in the description of the Wall Mounted Party Girl Album, and can also be seen on its cover. She is a parody of Sabrina Carpenter, an American singer-songwriter.

Ben[]
Ben is an unseen character who is the possible owner/founder of Ben's Ice Cream. It is unknown why Ben is not implemented into the game.
Mr. Blox[]
Mr. Blox is the man who signs your paycheck when you finish working. His name signed on paychecks is the only place where he appears in the game.
Chad Chainsaw[]
Chad Chainsaw is a unseen character who is a local ice sculptor. He was mentioned in the description of the Frigid Feathers Ice Sculpture, which he created.
Ethel Clementine[]
Ethel Clementine is a unseen character who is a world-renowned painter. They were mentioned in the description of the Victor's Victorian Double Bed, in which it was said they had stayed at Victor von Vlox's mansion many years ago. They may be a reference to Ethel Clement, a real-life American artist.
Nancy McLaught[]
Nancy McLaught is an unseen character who is the author of "101 Hilarious Knock Knock Jokes", a book seen on the Book Cart item.
Owner of Pizza Planet[]
The Owner of Pizza Planet is a unseen character who is the owner of Pizza Planet. He was mentioned in a video[1] posted on the official Welcome to Bloxburg twitter. He is suspected to have caused the explosion at Bloxy Burgers to reportedly, "start a rivalry"

S.F Furtúre is a unseen character who is the author of the Kids' Book, Joanne the Knight.
Simon Joiner[]
Simon Joiner is an unseen character who is the craftsman of all of Victor von Vlox's furniture set. According the the description of the Victor's Victorian Sofa, Victor von Vlox saved Simon when he was settling into Bloxburg. As a result, Simon and Victor became long-time friends. Simon would eventually end up helping Victor build the mansion that Victor would live the rest of his life in. Based on his last name, he may have been an ancestor of Susan Joiner, the owner of Fancy Furniture.

Contestants[]
The Contestants were the contestants on the Wheel of Fortune TV Channel. They were removed from the game along with the Wheel of Fortune TV channel.

Trivia[]
- The population of Bloxburg, according to a billboard is 50, that is because Bloxburg Neighborhoods can host up to 50 players.
- This was often mistaken with the server size going to expand in the future. Bloxburg will remain with 12 players in their servers.
- Unlike the other jobs, the Stocker, Miner, and Pizza Baker jobs don't involve any NPCs.
- NPCs come out of the fence on the left on Pizza Planet, as well as exit.
