I predict it's probably a movie theater update (hoping), or at least movie theater items to build our own movie theaters, considering the chair looks like those cinema chairs, and they put the popcorn emoji.

So I've noticed that buildings and areas of the map have been renovated, i.e: the gym, Blox Burgers, The campsite, and City Hall. So is the map revamp coming all at the same time or one piece at a time?
